Manhattan Hill's twin clubhouses opened
Manhattan Hill is a deluxe residential project developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Its 150,000-sq ft twin clubhouses jag and JAG1609 has opened on September 2007.
The jag club has full facilities while JAG 1609 is a private club for residents of towers 1 and 2, both offering a deluxe metropolitan lifestyle.
The three-storey jag club follows an ivory theme with a natural ambience. The spacious lobby has 13-metre crystal chandelier hanging from the 18-metre ceiling, with a spiral staircase and 16-metre Italian natural stone fountain wall. The atrium has a three-storey glass wall as an added element of style. The club has also plenty of natural light with large windows.
The jag club has three banquet rooms on the second floor, while there are diverse facilities on the first floor. The cafe in the large Air Lounge is near the three-storey window and overlooks the outdoor pool and greenery. Other amenities include beauty salon, snooker room, home theatre, steam bath, sauna, table tennis, multi-purpose sport room, children's playroom, game centre, piano, music room, private exercise rooms and yoga rooms, etc. The construction of clubhouses spent over HK$300 million.
