Tenders for a Tin Shui Wai commercial site and a Peng Chau residential site have been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a total premium of $430.28 million, the Lands Department announced on March 1, 2012.
     The commercial site, Tin Shui Wai Town Lot No. 26 at Area 108A, was awarded to Lucky Leading Limited (Billion Development) for $411.28 million. The residential site, Lot No. 676 in Demarcation District Peng Chau, was awarded to Fortune Glory Investments Limited (Sino Group) for $19 million.
     The Tin Shui Wai lot with a site area of about 6,500 sq m is designated for non-industrial purposes excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station. Its minimum gross floor area is 15,600 sq m, and maximum is 26,000 sq m.
     The Peng Chau lot has a site area of about 4,564 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The gross floor area must be between 2,054 and 3,423 sq m.
