New World China Land (Guiyang) honored with "2009-2010 China Real Estate Trustworthy Enterprise".
     China Association of Real Estate Developers recently held a grand ceremony to reward excellent real estate enterprises nationwide, and New World China Land (Guiyang) was among the list and granted the honorable title of "2009-2010 China Real Estate Trustworthy Enterprise".
     As the flagship real estate project for New World China Land to expand market in Guiyang, Guiyang Jinyang Sunny Town covers a total land of 3,300 mu totalling gross floor area of 4 million sq m, with the total investment to exceed RMB10 billion. In the past five years, Guiyang New World has succeeded in developing four clusters, namely Linjing, Shuilinjing, Hanlinjing, and Bitanyuan, which have become the quality benchmarks of Jinyang New District, Guiyang, the provincial capital of Guizhou Province, in 2011.
