The Lands Department announced the tender for a non-industrial site in Tseung Kwan O has been awarded to Fortune Precision on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.86 billion.
     The lot has a site area of 8,246 square metres and is designated for non-industrial, excluding godown, hotel and petrol station purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 27,212 and 45,353 square metres, while the total number of residential units to be built must be at least 590 and no more than 620.
