The Vocational Training Council announced that its International Cuisine College will admit its first cohort of students in 2014-15 and construction of the new campus will be completed in 2015.
     The new college will offer programmes in international cuisines including European, Mediterranean, Latin American, Middle Eastern and Asian. Programmes on food and wine pairing and other wine-related courses will also be offered to promote the development of Hong Kong as a wine hub. Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions programmes will be featured to train workers required by Hong Kong's tourism industry.
