The Lands Department announced that Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 423, in Area 48 on Castle Peak Road in So Kwun Wat, will be disposed of by public tender. The lot has a site area of about 67,147 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 52,375 sq m and the maximum is 87,291 sq m. The developer must build at least 1,100 residential units on the lot. The tender invitation will begin on December 23 and close on February 3.
