The Town Planning Board announced the amendment of five approved outline zoning plans which reflect the latest planning proposals in the Kwun Tong (North), Cha Kwo Ling, Yau Tong and Lei Yue Mun, Tsing Yi, Ma On Shan and Pak Shek Kok (East) areas. Each outline zoning plan incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
     The Kwun Tong (North) plan was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in July 2010, the Cha Kwo Ling, Yau Tong and Lei Yue Mun plan was last approved in May this year, the Tsing Yi one was last approved in December 2009, while the Ma On Shan plan was last approved in June 2010 and the Pak Shek Kok (East) plan was last approved in January 2006.
