The Lands Department announced recently that a non-industrial site in Tseung Kwan O will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation will start on December 2 and close on January 6. The lot has a site area of 8,246 sq m and is designated for non-industrial use. The gross floor area must be between 27,212 and 45,353 sq m and the total number of residential units to be built must be between 590 and 620.
