The first units in Sun Hung Kai Properties¡¯ (SHKP) Suzhou Jinji Lake Gen¨¨ve luxury villa project will go sale soon, after the large sales office at the Jinji Lake Yacht Club opened recently.
     Lake Gen¨¨ve is in a prime location with Jinji Lake to the north providing exceptional views. It will be the only lakeside villa project in the area with under 30% building density and over 60% green space.
