On October 6, The Lands Department announced the tenders for two residential sites have been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a total premium of HK$176.111 million.
     Stanley Inland Lot No.91 at Hoi Fung Path, Stanley, was awarded to Harcourt Holdings for HK$121.111 million. Lot No.1613 in Demarcation District No.222 in Kap Pin Long, Sai Kung, was awarded to Smaragdine for HK$55 million.
     The Stanley lot has a site area of 615.2 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 277 and 461.4 sq m.
     The Sai Kung lot has a site area of 1,733 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 208 and 346.6 sq m.
