A new residential development from Real Estate Capital Asia Partners (RECAP) has been officially named Altro. Located at 110-118 Second Street in Sai Ying Pun, the 28-storey property borders the vibrant Central district and the stylish Sheung Wan neighbourhood.
     Altro means 'second' in Italian and is both a reference to the street name and a reflection of the building's European-style elegance. Appreciating the potential for growth in the area, property developer RECAP has designed a premium property comprising 41 units, including a 2,200 sq ft penthouse duplex. The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2014.
