Mikiki shopping and entertainment spot will open in the second quarter of 2011. It will be The Latitude's retail podium at 638 Prince Edward Road East in Kowloon near the Kai Tak redevelopment.
     Mikiki will cover 205,000 square feet with 100 shops on three levels. There will be duplex shops at the Prince Edward Road East and King Fuk Street entrances, making it the first mall in southeast Kowloon to have this popular design. The ground-floor atrium will be used for exhibitions, with a ceiling skylight allowing natural light and giant TV screens making it an ideal place for activities.
     Mikiki and The Latitude are being developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.
