The Transport & Housing Bureau has gazetted proposed upgrades to Kennedy Road, Queen's Road East and Ship Street in Wan Chai.
     The works have been authorised by the Chief Executive in Council as part of the Hopewell Centre II development.
     They include building a covered footbridge with lifts and staircases, and ancillary works like landscaping and drainage.
