The proposed enhancement works for an existing footbridge leading to the Ngau Tau Kok Municipal Services Building at Ngau Tau Kok Road were gazetted.
     The proposed works include temporary closure of the existing footbridge and associated staircase for construction of a roof cover to the footbridge and a lift tower; permanent closure and demolition of an existing ramp, and other ancillary works.
     The works will start at the end of the year and are expected to be completed at end 2012. During the construction, people can use the existing footbridge or nearby existing at-grade crossing to cross Ngau Tau Kok Road.
