The Cullinan to be built as Hong Kong's tallest integrated residence
Situated on the prime waterfront, Package 6 of the Kowloon Station Development The Cullinan will be Hong Kong's tallest integrated residence which features the finest design, materials and complementary facilities. Comprised of two skyscrapers of approximately 270 metres, the project features 825 units, with typical units mostly ranging from about 900 to 2,300 sq ft. Among them the two "Jewel of the Crown" penthouses on the 91st to 93rd floors are of more than 4,000 sq ft with six bedrooms including three or four ensuites, and private pools and flatroof gardens.
The Cullinan offers views of the harbour with its prime locality and the enfolding glass curtain walls. The avant-garde architecture is walled with a glass facade to harmonize with the nearby International Commerce Centre as well as the overall design of the Kowloon Station Development as a whole. The enormous golden logo of The Cullinan is made of more than 200,000 precious topaz crystals. The logo adorns the glass facade from the inside of the podium panoramic Diamond Lobby, which spans across about 35 metres in height and 50 metres in total width. In addition, the rooftop and the expansive glass curtain wall are decorated with 18 sets of stylish LED lights to assemble a magnificent view across the towers. Sun Hung Kai Properties is the developer of the properties.
