Phase 1 of Site 3 at Central Harbourfront scheduled for completion in Q4 2026

The projects design is centered around the concept of a "bridge"; spanning approximately 400 meters with over 1.6 million sq ft of total GFA.

The flagship development at Central Harbourfront boasts a gross floor area (GFA) of over 1.6 million square feet and stretches approximately 400 meters in length. The project includes Grade A office and ancillary space totaling 700,000 sq ft, as well as more than 900,000 sq ft of retail space, including Hong Kong’s first Broadway-style grand theatre.
With a “bridge” as its central design theme, the project aims to enhance connectivity within Central and to neighboring communities, while creating a large, inclusive green public space that integrates urban life with nature, and commerce with culture. Over 300,000 sq ft of open landscaped public space—including a large rooftop sky garden — will be accessible to the public.
The development is being constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026, with Phase 2 targeted for completion in 2032.
Demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development and architectural innovation, the project has already received multiple industry awards and certifications — two years ahead of Phase 1's opening. These include LEED, BEAM Plus, WiredScore, and recognitions from CIC, GBCI, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and the Hong Kong Green Building Council.

Developer Henderson Land recently announced that its subsidiary has signed a lease agreement with quantitative trading and investment firm Jane Street, marking the project’s first major tenant. Jane Street will occupy six floors, totaling more than 223,000 sq ft—over 70% of the Phase 1 office and ancillary space. Handover is expected in early 2027.
The lead design architect for the Central Harbourfront Site 3 project is Lead8, working with other consultants including Wong & Ouyang, PWP Landscape Architecture, Arup, and Urbis.
