St Barths - low density residential development at Whitehead in Ma On Shan
Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd (SHKP), Phase 1 of the brand new residential development in Whitehead, Ma On Shan, is officially named St Barths. Situated at Whitehead, St Barths overlooks Tolo Harbour and Sha Tin Hoi as well as Pat Sin Leng. With low-density design, the development offers premium lifestyle with maximum privacy to residents.

     St Barth is designed by architect Ronald Lu & Associates and the project is expected to complete in 2019.
