A Beacon Hill residential site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced. New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6533 on Lung Cheung Road has a site area of 21,849 square metres with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 19,107 and 31,844 sq m. The tender invitation for the lot will open September 2 and close September 30.
     On August 24, the Lands Department announced the tender for a Tuen Mun site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.401 billion. Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 516 at Tsing Ha Lane has been awarded to New Fusion Trading, a subsidiary of Gingerlily Investments. It has a site area of 5,317 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 11,485 sq m and 19,141 sq m.
