Located in the scenic area of Changtai Hot Spring Tourist Center in Fujian Province, Phoenix Valley comprises 57 blocks of villas with Asian design. Each villa has an outdoor pool and spa in its own private courtyard.

     Phoenix Valley is situated approximately 25 minutes by car from Xiamen. The development is planned as a holiday resort for people from the city. The resort project will be managed by an international hotelier to provide 5-star hotel management service to investors or individual owners.
