Dunbar Place is the latest residential project launched by Swire Properties in Hong Kong. Located at 23 Dunbar Road, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, the single residential tower provides 54 spacious 3-bedroom or 4 bedroom apartments fitted with clubhouse facilities and swimming pool.
     Designed by UK architect firm MAKE, Dunbar Place boasts an innovative and sustainable design. The tower block features a striking silver and champagne-colored façade clad in recyclable aluminium material. The podium and protruding balconies etched with grass pattern perforations on the surface create dialogue with the natural surroundings.
     MAKE¡¯s design minimises environmental impact and optimises energy efficiency. Large windows have been incorporated into the design to let natural light and natural ventilation into the residential units while optimising the open-view. This is the first residential project in Hong Kong designed by MAKE. 
     The project is under construction and is scheduled for completion in early 2014.  LWK & Partners is the project architect and the main contractor is Hanison Contractors Limited.
