A hotel site in North Point and a residential site in Sha Tin will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for both lots will run from February 15 to March 22.
     The Inland Lot No 9020 on North Point Estate Lane and Shu Kuk Street, North Point, has a site area of 5,369 square metres and is designated for hotel purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 21,600 and 36,000 square metres.
     The Sha Tin Town Lot No 566 in Area 56A, Kau To has a site area of 8,080 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,272 and 12,120 square metres.
     The final conditions of sale for both lots will be uploaded to the Lands Department's website by February 15, while the tender particulars will also be gazetted.
     Also announced by the Lands Department are a residential site in Ho Man Tin and a commercial site in Tung Chung. The tender invitation for both lots will run from January 25 to March 8.
     The Kowloon Inland Lot No 11227 at the junction of Sheung Lok and Sheung Shing Streets, Ho Man Tin, has a site area of 24,077 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 63,666 and 106,110 square metres.
     The Tung Chung Town Lot No 11 at the junction of Tat Tung Road and Mei Tung Street, Tung Chung. has a site area of 10,026 square metres and is designated for non-industrial, excluding residential, godown and petrol station purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 30,078 and 50,130 square metres.
     The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be uploaded to the Lands Department's website by January 25, while the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
