On January 9, 2013, the Lands Department announced tenders for residential sites in Sha Tin and Sai Kung have been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a total premium of $2.92 billion, Sha Tin Town Lot No.565 in Area 56A, Kau To, was awarded to Bravo Partner for $1.466 billion.
     Lot No 1949 in Demarcation District No.221 in Sha Kok Mei, Sai Kung, was awarded to Asian View Development for $1.455 billion. The Sai Kung lot has a site area of about 15,430 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 13,887 and 23,145 square metres. At least 240 residential units must be built.
     The Sha Tin lot has a site area of 8,590 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,937 and 13,228 square metres.
