The first phase of the Valais development will be delivered in December. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Assistant General Manager Andy Chan said: "This is our largest luxury residential development in 15 years. Valais I will have 132 detached or semi-detached houses with large private gardens and Valais II 198, including the largest detached houses by the river.
