In the latest Policy Address, Chief Executive Donald Tsang declared that apart from the 10 major infrastructure projects, the HKSAR Government have also forged ahead with government works projects to improve our urban environment. The annual expenditure on capital works projects will exceed $60 billion for each of the next few years.
