In the latest Policy Address, Chief Executive Donald Tsang declared that apart from the 10 major infrastructure projects, the HKSAR Government have also forged ahead with government works projects to improve our urban environment. The annual expenditure on capital works projects will exceed $60 billion for each of the next few years.

The ArchSD is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year. Building Journal will publish a Photo Essay (approx 20-page) covering major projects completed by the department since 1986 in the same issue.
