Our recent projects include:

Sanchez Insulation Materials provided 3400 sq m of GOMA-GA and 3200 sq m of our GOMA-GX for acoustic insulation on floors depending on the requirements for each area of the hotel. Thanks to the characteristics of our recycled materials we helped to apply for the LEED International Green Building certificate.

     Hyatt Regency Guiyang is a 364-room hotel development. It will form part of the planned Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center. Designed for the business travelers, the hotel will be adjacent to government offices and prime office and commercial space. Amenities will include five food and beverage options, meeting and residential style function space, ballroom, indoor pool, fitness center and spa.

 

This super five-star resort conference hotel is situated by the lake in Huadu. The development comprises sports and leisure, tourism, health living, business meetings, banquet facilities.

     Sanchez Insulation Materials studied the case and provided 7000 sq m of GOMA-GA for acoustic insulation on floors; this material reduces impact noise transmission and increases the airborne noise insulation helping to achieve a relaxing and comfortable stay for guests.

 

Sanchez's extensive product list includes acoustic insulation for floors, walls, ceilings, drainpipes, etc. All developed in Spain under very restrictive acoustic regulation (CTE: DB-HR, Spanish Building Code - Protection against noise) and have also been tested by labs and the Tsinghua university. Our products are high-tech and help to reduce thickness in architectural partition designs without decreasing their insulation effectiveness over the time.
