District Term Contracts for the maintenance, improvement and vacant flat refurbishment for Ma On Shan, Shatin (North) and Tseung Kwan O (1) District have been awarded to Yau Lee Construction Co Ltd by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. The contract comprises mainly the maintenance and improvement works for schools, domestic and non-domestic properties. The contract was signed by Mr Conrad Wong, Vice Chairman of Yau Lee Holdings Ltd and Mr Chan Siu Tack, Assistant Director (Estate Management) 2 of Housing Authority.  This 36-month contract is worth approximately HK$235 million.
