Having been officially approved by the Foreign Trade Department of China to engage in overseas projects, Hunan Electric Power Transmission & Transformation Construction Company (HEPTTCC) is dedicated to expand its market outside China, with special focus in the Middle East and the South Asia regions.
     HEPTTCC holds a Class 1 Electric Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering License, a Class 3 Industrial and Civil Construction License, and a Grade A Large-scale Transportation Qualification in China. In June 1997, HEPTTCC obtained the ISO9002 quality certification and the company has received numerous awards and credits for excellent performance and achievement.
     Through its solid strength and outstanding job record, HEPTTCC ranks among the top 500 companies in the China Construction Compliance List. HEPTTCC is also one of the very few construction companies being approved by the Central Government to take on overseas projects.
     At present, the company maintains a workforce of 1,700 people among whom 48 are senior engineers, 500 mid-grade engineers, 62 Class 1 construction engineers and 43 supervisory engineers. HEPTTCC has a total asset of RMB670 million including an advanced fleet of more than 300 heavy construction machinery and equipment.
