Located close to Phuket International Airport, Royal Phuket Marina is Thailand¡¯s first world-class ¡°luxury lifestyle marina¡± developed over 30 hectares of land and at a cost of US$150 million.

The first phase consisting of 66 2-3 bedroom condominiums and 2-4 bedroom penthouses with private rooftops and pools are completely occupied.
Condominiums are in three-storey blocks, with patio gardens on the ground floor and roof terraces and private plunge polls on the top floor. Condominiums share a large pool between only 16 units.
Phase 2 entails 15 four-storey Aquaminium condominiums, with private internal boat garages for the penthouses and private moorings on the doorstep of the 2 duplex condominiums. There are also 8 five bedroom waterfront luxury villas, five with individual 25m boat berths and the other three villas without boat berths. There will be an additional 300 condominiums, 100 luxury villas and a 5 star hotel also included in the longer term plans.
Eight palatial ¡°Royal Villas¡± in the tropical garden grounds commanding exclusive views over the Mediterranean-style marina has been specially designed for discerning customers. Interiors of the sublime 800 square metre villas are equipped with bathrooms, Jacuzzis, steams rooms, rooftop cabanas and own landscaped gardens and swimming pools.
The stunning ¡°Grand Villa¡± incorporating a central residence and four guest villas amid lush tropical gardens. Royal Phuket Marina is being developed by telecom tycoon Gulu Lalvani, the founder of Binatone, the world¡¯s second largest manufacturer of digital cordless phones. The entire project is scheduled for completion within 2010.
